As Group Manager, Graphics Product Marketing I had full P&L responsibility for the $180M graphics accelerator product group. This included taking new concepts to shelf-ready products, and full life cycle management of existing products. The objective was to guarantee first-to-market introductions with maximum exposure and high profitability. ATI Technologies Inc. (now AMD) remains the leader in the global computer graphics and multimedia market place.

  • Reestablished consumer confidence in ATI’s mach32 product line
  • Segmented the graphics accelerator product line beyond the traditional power user with brand extensions into the home and game markets
  • Reduced the time-to-market of ATI’s mach64 products from nine to six months through a focused productization team of ninety individuals, representing all the company’s departments

    Managed the productization and launch of ATI’s GRAPHICS PRO TURBO and GRAPHICS XPRESSION, winners of:
